2000

DREAM OF MAXSHINE

The dream of MaxShine was first seen by the Founder-Director of the company, Mr. Mangesh S. Kalzunkar. After having completed his education in Automobile Engineering, he sought some work experience before beginning on his vision. He started work as a Technician with Millennium Toyota, and quickly moved up the ladder and left as a Job Controller in the year 2004.

Although he had had a thorough feel of the Indian automobile by now, he was still not satiated. Because of his determination of setting up a company that offered only the best and stood out from the rest, he decided to learn the international market closely so that he could provide his clients with service of global standards.

2004

TRANSFORMING OF DREAMS INTO REALITY

Having taken up the job of Workshop Administrator at a prominent automobile enterprise in Dubai (Trading Enterprises an AC-FUTTAIM Group of Companies), it did not take him long to grasp the difference between the two places. The plush, extravagant market of Dubai was quite different from the emerging Indian scenario. Where the people in Dubai valued great results and a good customer experience above all else, Indian customers desired reasonable pricing more than anything.

Then he quickly realised that the main objective would be to unite these elements – that is, to provide services with great value for money, amazing results and an outstanding experience for the customer. Thus having learnt quite a few invaluable lessons during his tenure in Dubai, he returned back to India after having spent no less than 4 years there. He was now ready to realise his longstanding dream.

2008

MOBILE CAR CARE

He first began working at makeshift office. With few handpicked detailers, he started a novel enterprise that provide mobile car care services. Thus he made up acquaintances and his start-up was advertised via word of mouth at the same time.

2010

DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE

Working hard as ever to ensure his customers receive the best, his client base soon began to multiply & he found his vision taking shape. Having more customers was obviously desirable, it became more difficult for him to operate at his customer’s doorstep anymore.

2011

FIRST WORKSHOP

But the reputation at the enterprise had grown to such a extent that people were willing to bring their automobiles to him for the job. He gradually had to stop his mobile services due to heavy demand & got associated with a workshop CITY MOTORS CORPORATION where he has to share some desired place to start with the stationary location.

2012

COMPLETED 5 YEARS OF SERVICE

And so it was that in the September 2012 the company that had so long been a dream became reality. Although it had been functional for almost 5 years, MaxShine was officially born in September 2012 at Thane. The company now had a proper location with all basic facilities, equipments & personnel. But “This is just the beginning”.
